Some effects aren’t supported in all file formats, including transparent gradients in PDFs, and inner and outer borders in SVGs. Sketch supports SVG, PDF and EPS vector formats. Vector image formats preserve layers and paths, so they’re easy to edit and scale infinitely. You can quickly export a layer by dragging it to your desktop To export layers as PDFs, press and hold ⌥ before dragging your layers. To export one or more layers as PNGs, select and drag them from the Layer List to your desktop (remember to make them exportable via the Inspector first), or select your layers and press ⌘ E. Click the arrow in the confirmation message to open the folder where your items were saved to.
